To ensure seamless communication, particularly with our global clients, our representatives may utilize pseudonyms based on their geographical location.

Turnaround Time

We value your time, which is why we strive to deliver quality results in a timely manner. Our standard turnaround time for most projects is 2-3 Business Days for each development stage iteration. However, please note that this timeframe applies to individual iterations, not the entire project duration.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. Here’s our refund policy:

  • 75% Refund Policy: If you request a refund before we commence work on your project, you may be eligible for a 75% refund.
  • 50% Refund Policy: Upon approval of the initial concept but before significant work begins, you may receive a 50% refund. However, as work progresses, the refund percentage decreases.
  • 25% Refund Policy: If the initial concept is approved and substantial work has been completed, you may qualify for a 25% refund. This percentage decreases as work advances.

Please note: No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.

Process for Refund Requests

We aim to make the refund process hassle-free for you. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Submit a written refund request to our dedicated customer support team at info@axcide.com.
  2. Your request should include your complete name, contact details, project specifications, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the process and ensure your request is promptly addressed.

Late Payment Policy

If payment isn’t received by the due date mentioned on the invoice, a penalty of 15% of the remaining amount will be imposed for late payment. This penalty will accrue Biweekly from the due date until the balance is settled completely. Axcide reserves the right to suspend services or take legal action to reclaim overdue payments if required. By availing our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms concerning late payments.

Website Rights

Once your project is finalized, you’ll gain full ownership rights to the website. However, materials developed during the revision process preceding the final product will remain the property of Axcide.

Artwork Rights

Ownership rights for artwork designs created by Axcide are outlined as follows:

  • Initial Ownership by Axcide: We retain ownership rights to the design upon completion.
  • Client Transferable Rights: Clients have the option to obtain ownership rights by requesting a transfer upon full payment.
  • Usage Rights: Until ownership is transferred, clients may use the artwork as agreed upon, with certain restrictions.

Policy for Deliverables

We ensure timely delivery of all finalized products, with ownership rights granted upon clearance of dues. In case of emergencies, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Content Creation

We incorporate client-provided content and images, ensuring alignment with your preferences.

What Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as contact details and payment information, to enhance our services.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

We prioritize the confidentiality of client information and undertake not to disclose project details or disparage clients after project completion.

Record Maintenance

We maintain records of all communications and deliveries for efficient tracking and information management.

Our support team is available Monday through Friday during regular business hours to assist you. For emergencies outside these hours, please email us at info@axcide.com.

Technical Support Policy

We provide technical assistance for digital and website development services. However, detailed training on specific services is not included unless separately purchased.
